Repair Workflow
Repairs follow a standard process. Search and filtering can be conducted using these statuses
Check In - Customer drops off item and repair request created
Pending - Repair request to be reviewed by Staff member
Diagnosed - Repair problem assessed
In Progress - Work being done
Waiting for Parts - Parts required to complete repair
Complete - Repair finished
Ready for Pickup - Customer notified
Completed - Customer picked up
Cancelled - repair cancelled

Ticket Number - Unique repair reference
Customer - Who owns the item
Item - What's being repaired
Problem - Description of issue
Status - Current stage

Tips
