Learn how to find your way around AERIS ERP.
Main Navigation
The main menu is located at the top of the screen:

Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home screen showing:
Today's Sales - Total sales for today
Items Sold - Number of items sold today
Quick Actions - Buttons for common tasks
Recent Activity - Latest sales and updates
Using the POS
Click POS to open the Point of Sale screen, where you can:
Search for products
Scan barcodes
Add items to cart
Process payments
Finding Customers
Click Customers to:
Search for existing customers
Add new customers
View customer accounts and balances
Generate statements
Managing Inventory
Click Items to:
Search for products
Check stock levels
View product details
Adjust stock quantities
Quick Search
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find:
Products (by name, SKU, or barcode)
Customers (by name, phone, or email)
Sales (by receipt number)
Keyboard shortcut: Press / or Ctrl+K to focus the search bar.

Click your name in the top-right corner to:
View your profile
Change your password
Log out
Admin Panel
Administrators can access additional settings by clicking the Admin link or going to /admin.
The Admin Panel lets you:
Manage users and roles
Configure company settings
Set up products and categories
View audit logs
