First Login
This guide walks you through logging in to AERIS ERP for the first time.
Accessing AERIS
Open your web browser and go to your AERIS URL (provided by your administrator).
You'll see the login screen:
Logging In
Enter your Email address
Enter your Password
Click Sign In
Forgot Your Password? Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset your password via email.

First Time Setup
When you log in for the first time, you may be asked to:
Change Your Password
For security, you should change your temporary password:
Enter your current password
Enter a new password (at least 8 characters)
Confirm your new password
Click Update Password
Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)
If your organisation requires two-factor authentication:
Download an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator)
Scan the QR code shown on screen
Enter the 6-digit code from the app
Click Verify
After Logging In
Once logged in, you'll see the Dashboard with:
Today's sales summary
Quick action buttons
Recent activity
What You Can Access
Your access depends on your role:
Role | Access |

Cashier | POS, basic customer lookup |
Sales Rep | POS, customers, sales history |
Manager | All features, including reports |
Admin | Everything including settings |
Logging Out
To log out safely:
Click your name in the top-right corner
Select Log Out
Always log out on shared computers to protect customer data.

Troubleshooting
Can't Log In?
Check that your email is spelled correctly
Make sure Caps Lock is off
Try resetting your password
Contact your administrator
Account Locked?
After too many failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes or contact your administrator.
