Stock Levels

Keep track of how much stock you have for each product.

Viewing Stock Levels

1. Go to Items

2. The Stock column shows current quantities

3. Click a product for detailed stock info

Stock Information

| Field | Description | |-------|-------------| | In Stock | Total quantity available | | Reserved | Held for repairs/orders | | Available | In stock minus reserved | | Reorder Level | When to reorder |

Stock Status

Products are flagged by stock status:

| Status | Meaning | |--------|---------| | In Stock | Above reorder level | | Low Stock | At or below reorder level | | Out of Stock | Zero available |

Checking Stock Quickly

In POS

When adding items to cart, you can see if stock is available.

In Items List

Filter by:

• Out of stock

• Low stock

• In stock

Low Stock Alerts

Products below their reorder level appear in reports and can trigger notifications.

Tips

Do regular stock counts to ensure system quantities match actual stock.

Configure reorder levels so you're alerted before running out.
