Customer List Report

Overview of all customers:

  • Name - Customer name

  • Contact - Phone/email

  • Total Spent - Lifetime purchases

  • Visits - Number of transactions

  • Last Visit - Most recent purchase

  • Account Balance - Amount owing

Filtering Customers

Filter by:

  • Has account

  • Account balance

  • Last purchase date

  • Total spent

Top Customers Report

Your best customers by spend:

  1. Go to Reports > Top Customers

  2. Select time period

  3. See ranked by:

    • Total spent

    • Number of visits

    • Average transaction

Use This For

  • VIP customer identification

  • Loyalty program targeting

  • Customer appreciation

Account Balances Report

All customers with outstanding balances:

  • Customer - Name and contact

  • Balance - Amount owing

  • Credit Limit - Maximum allowed

  • Available - Remaining credit

  • Last Payment - Most recent payment date

  • Oldest Invoice - Days outstanding

Aging Report

See how old debts are:

  • Current (0-30 days)

  • 30-60 days

  • 60-90 days

  • Over 90 days

Customer Activity

Individual customer history:

  1. Select a customer

  2. View all transactions

  3. See:

    • Purchase history

    • Payment history

    • Account activity

    • Repairs
