Company Settings

Configure your business information that appears on receipts and reports.

Accessing Company Settings

  1. Go to Admin Panel

  2. In the left sidebar menu, click Companies within the System Settings group

  3. To create a new Company record, click New Company

  4. To edit your Company details, locate the record in the list and click edit

Company Details

To fully complete a company record, we recommend completing all tabs.

Basic information

The following fields can be completed:

  • Business Name - Your trading name

  • Legal Name - Registered business name

  • ABN - Australian Business Number

  • Phone - Contact number

  • Email - Business email

  • Website - Your website URL

  • Business Address - mailing details for invoices, receipts and reports

Business Settings

The following fields can be completed:

  • Financial Configuration - currenct and GST status

  • Australian Compliance Settings - Tax Office settings

  • Banking Details - Bank account details

Branding and Appearance

The following fields can be completed:

  • Upload Company logo

  • Select Primary and Secondary brand colours

System Settings

  • Set Active Company or switch to Inactive

  • Set Default Company or switch off

Tips

Fill in all company details - they appear on official documents.

Print a test receipt after changing settings.

Add a professional message to receipt footer.
