Invoice and Receipt Settings

Customise the layout, content, and print format of your invoices and receipts

Accessing Invoice and Receipt Settings

  1. Go to Admin Panel

  2. In the left sidebar menu, click Invoicing within the System Settings group

Create Print Settings

Choose and set print options:

  • Invoice Template - select Standard, Compact or Thermal

  • Paper Size - select A4 or Thermal

Select Display Options

Toggle which sections appear on the invoice:

  • Company Logo - Show your company logo at the top of the invoice

  • Payment Details - Show payment method and amount on the invoice

  • ABN - Display your Australian Business Number

  • Barcode - Print a barcode of the invoice number

Select Content to Display

Customise text that appears on the invoice

  • Default Payment Terms

  • Contact Person

  • Footer Text

Tips

Print a test invoice or receipt after saving new details

Add a professional message to the footer
